Position Summary:
The Social & Influencer Manager leads the evolution of Supercuts’ social media, influencer, and earned media strategy. This role builds awareness and cultural connection through smart strategy, strong storytelling, and close agency partnership. The ideal candidate blends strategic insight with creative instinct, owning the work from concept through execution and guiding partners toward bold, on-brand ideas that perform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual social, influencer, and earned media strategies aligned with brand campaigns and business goals.
- Lead agency partners to deliver high-quality creative, influencer partnerships, and community engagement grounded in brand strategy and data.
- Write and approve briefs, select influencer partners, approve assets and calendars, and ensure clear internal communication.
- Oversee earned media and experiential initiatives, collaborating with the brand team to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Ensure content reflects the evolving voice of the brand and aligns with key moments, campaigns, and priorities.
- Track and analyze social and influencer performance, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support brand storytelling and address key moments that shape reputation or community perception.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years in social media, influencer, or communications roles within consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience leading agencies and managing multi-platform campaigns from strategy through measurement.
- Strong writing skills, creative judgment, and editorial instincts.
- Proven ability to connect cultural insight with brand positioning to build social relevance.
- Confident communicator skilled at collaboration and presenting ideas with clarity.
- Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or franchise brands preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 per year based on the skills and experience the candidate brings forward.
For candidates that are local to Minneapolis, Minnesota, our modern campus is located close to the West End neighborhood of Minneapolis and offers a variety of amenities.
