RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and Resolve HighLevel (CRM) Issues:
- Identify and address any issues related to automation processes to ensure seamless functionality.
- Implement solutions to optimize and enhance existing automated workflows.
Audit and Simplify HighLevel (CRM):
- Conduct regular audits of automation processes to identify opportunities for simplification.
- Streamline and optimize processes within HighLevel (CRM) to boost efficiency.
Build and Maintain No-Code Automation Tools:
- Utilize platforms like HighLevel (CRM), Zapier, and others to develop and manage automated solutions.
- Rapidly deploy automated solutions for various marketing tasks.
Technical Issue Assistance:
- Provide support for technical challenges, including call timeouts and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles promptly.
Resource Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain documentation and guides for automated processes.
- Manage a queue of automation-related tasks and prioritize them effectively.
Guidance on Workflows:
- Offer expertise in designing streamlined workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Account Access and Integration Support:
- Resolve issues related to account access and integration across platforms.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to address integration challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated processes, particularly in marketing environments.
- Proficiency in no-code automation tools like HighLevel (CRM), Zapier, Make.com, n8n.io, Google App Script, or similar platforms.
- Strong technical skills, capable of addressing and resolving system-related issues.
- Understanding of webhooks and api's and working with data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to manage automation tasks efficiently.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for automated processes.
- Familiarity with AI chatbots and the ability to assess their applicability to marketing workflows.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
