We’re hiring a Digital Content Manager who will lead the production, editing, and execution of all video and digital media assets across paid ads, social content, and live virtual events. This is a hands-on, creative, and technical role—responsible for bringing our brand to life through high-performing video content that drives measurable results.
Mission of This Role
Own the end-to-end video production and digital content ecosystem for Replace Your University. From concept to final edit, your mission is to create content that captures attention, converts audiences, and strengthens our brand across all digital platforms.
You’ll film, edit, and publish content that fuels both paid advertising and organic growth. You’ll ensure smooth execution of our virtual events, maintain our media systems, and manage our growing content archive. Above all, you’ll think and act like a producer—understanding not just how to make content, but how to make content that performs.
Outcomes & ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing
- Film and edit high-volume, fast-turnaround video content for ads and organic platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
- Deliver polished edits with captions using Adobe Premiere Pro and SubMagic.
- Maintain brand consistency, pacing, and ad performance focus across all edits.
- Collaborate with the CEO & other team members weekly to film new video content.
- Write or refine ad and social content scripts with clear messaging and strong calls to action.
- Ensure every piece of content is optimized for its intended platform, purpose, and audience.
- Manage the scheduling of film shoots with team members as needed.
Organic & Paid Content Management
- Create and schedule daily organic video posts (reels, shorts, stories) across social media platforms.
- Write compelling post captions aligned with brand voice and current social trends.
- Track and log all ads and posts in a master performance spreadsheet.
- Review performance analytics and identify creative insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Stay current with ad and organic post trends + best practices in Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
Studio & Equipment Management
- Manage studio gear, camera systems, lighting, switchers, microphones, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized equipment inventory sheet and gear closet.
- Ensure all equipment is functional and ready for shoots or live events.
Event & Livestream Management
- Manage the technical setup, execution, and recording of Zoom webinars and livestreams (monthly RYM Live).
- Operate the studio switcher, manage multi-camera setups, and ensure smooth live experiences.
- Upload and organize event replays and content into online archives including Wistia, Vimeo, and Google Drive.
- Upload media assets into Go High Level when needed.
Organization & Systems
- Maintain a structured Google Drive archive for all content and projects.
- Track content creation workflow, production timelines, and deliverable status.
- Implement efficient file naming, versioning, and backup systems.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the CEO.
- Collaborate with the marketing and media buying teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
- Present performance recaps, creative insights, and content improvement ideas regularly.
Workload & Schedule
- Flexibility for filming and events, including approximately 4 late nights per month (with offset time provided to maintain balance).
- Operate at high speed while maintaining accuracy, organization, and brand quality.

Compensation
$75,000 annual salary
This is a full-time, in-house position with opportunities for growth as our content production expands.
