We are hiring a person to oversee our human resources activities including insurance renewals, new hire onboarding, 401K enrollments, and other employee benefits. In addition, you will also oversee accounting operations including financial statements, taxes, insurance, payroll, and other reporting/projects.
We pay a very competitive salary! However, the pay range will vary per your level of experience and will be discussed during interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resources activities including insurance renewals, new hire onboarding, 401K enrollments, and other employee benefits
- Manage our accounting operations, which includes bank reconciliations and payroll.
- Generate monthly financial statements for management, bank, and external CPA firm.
- Collaborate with our IT contractor and manage the purchase of new computers and operating system upgrades.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or HR preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience required
- Experience with Industry specific software is a plus, we are currently using JobBoss
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel
- Discretion regarding confidential information
- Proficient in human resources, accounting, and payroll processes

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
