Summary:
Company’s Integrations Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to support the development and execution of new products. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional user experiences and operational excellence across a variety of evolving platforms, with flexibility to take on new assignments as business needs change.

An ops generalist with a customer-first mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and a knack for adapting quickly to new challenges. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates well with diverse teams, and is passionate about driving quality improvements and delivering exceptional user experiences across evolving AI products.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding support to users across multiple AI-powered products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and systems.
Analyze information and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Adapt quickly to new contexts, requirements, and product features.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, including working with interns.
Support new product launches and take on new assignments as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
2-3 years’ experience in support, hospitality, operations, editorial QA, or virtual assistance (tech/customer service preferred).
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Quick comprehension of complex information and adaptability to new contexts.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with customer service tools/software and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
