Job Description
Essential Functions And Primary Duties
- Drives the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business project, and system requirements through the software development lifecycle.
- Serves as a bridge between the business users and IT teams (software development, data development and infrastructure teams)
- Ability to prioritize business requirements
- Effectively elicit and document business requirements for assigned projects
- Proven ability to work with internal IT teams to ensure that the day to day technical performance of our product meets the client’s expectation
- Act as Scrum Master (training provided)
- Identify opportunities for improvement, including process optimization, risk mitigation and technology utilization
- Responds promptly and professionally to defects reported and enhancements requested from business teams
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities as well as multiple and competing demands
- As needed, ability to write and perform functional tests as well as user acceptance tests for applications and business processes
- As needed, demo and/or train end users on application usage
- As needed, perform high level analysis/triage of production support issues
- Create user guides/end-user documentation
- Participate in the Deployment Process; as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of related work experience; 2-5 years preferred
- Agile, Scripting, Scrum, and SQL experience a plus
- Professional Certification’s a plus (CBAP, CSM, other industry credentials)
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with business stakeholders and leaders, requirements elicitation, project delivery and execution using traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, wireframes, storyboarding
- Experience with Microsoft tools, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and/or other team/project collaboration tools
- Well-organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to provide high-quality deliverables
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to travel if necessary to meet business demands
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
