We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator (contract role) at Ceremonia to bridge the gap between our eComm and Creative division, project managing the day-to-day of cross-functional projects and campaigns pertaining to the brand’s overall marketing calendar. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s highly organized and hungry to learn the ins and out of marketing, while bringing exceptional project management skills to a creative team.

About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day management of Ceremonia’s marketing calendar — coordinating launches, campaigns, influencer activations, managing affiliates, and partnerships. You’ll serve as the bridge between creative, growth, and e-commerce, ensuring that projects are executed on time and with measurable impact. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and energy to our fast-paced marketing environment — helping our team stay aligned, organized, and focused on what matters most through cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Lead project management for brand campaigns from kick-off to delivery — building timelines, managing workflows, filling the gaps and tracking milestones.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Manage marketing calendars, asset trackers, and deliverable schedules to keep cross-functional teams organized.
- Serve as the main point of contact for campaign updates, deadlines, and recaps.
- Track budgets and performance, as well as timelines to ensure each campaign delivers against goals.
- Support the Creative division with event planning and execution as part of tentpole marketing initiatives
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
- Manage and grow Ceremonia’s affiliate and influencer programs — building authentic relationships with creators who share our mission.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach and briefing to content approval and performance tracking.
- Partner with creators and affiliate partners to produce compelling, on-brand content that drives awareness and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to inform strategy and optimize results.
Brand Partnerships
- Support execution of brand collaborations, partnerships, and cultural moments that elevate Ceremonia’s visibility.
- Be the main point of contact for all things brand partnerships and collaboration.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in project management or marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you love a good spreadsheet and thrive on keeping projects running smoothly.
- Startup and/or fast-pace environment experience highly valued.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who brings clarity and calm to complex projects.
- Experience with influencer marketing and/or affiliate networks preferred, with an understanding of how to build and manage creator partnerships.
- A self-starter with a passion for culture, storytelling, and community-driven brands.
- Excited to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
