The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic pricing, and be ready to contribute in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing financial plans aligned with company objectives
- Support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Conduct variance and profitability analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Monitor sales trends and help identify areas for performance optimization
- Support pricing strategy development, including private label pricing and bid processes
- Assist in evaluating marketing campaigns and measuring ROI
- Maintain accuracy of financial data and assist in internal control processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or Economics
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Up to 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or co-op experience welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and basic financial concepts
- Ability to work independently and support a remote sales organization
