Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide excellent
customer services engaging clients at both showroom locations - Graber
Rd - Middleton and Haase Rd - East Madison. In this role, you will
receive training to build an understanding of our current products, and

Opportunities. POSITION DESCRIPTION As Our Valued Showroom Coordinator,
you\'ll be working at our Middleton, WI showroom alongside a team of
sales and design professionals. This role focuses on providing excellent
customer service. You\'re the first person that customers see when they
walk into the showroom, so your friendliness and the ability to make an
inviting professional atmosphere makes all the difference! DAILY
ACTIVITIES Each day you walk into the showroom, you\'ll start off by
making sure that the front desk is nice and neat before you sit down and
check your emails and answer the phones. As customers walk in, you\'ll
greet them and ask if they need any help; the designers and sales
professional will take it from there. Throughout the day, you\'ll handle
cash and orders, take care of customer service issues, take inventory
and accessorize the showroom (here\'s where your design skills come into
play!), organize samples, and complete any various administrative tasks.
You\'ll get to learn the full scope of different designs and products
over time and really build those interior design skills! At the end of
the day, you\'ll finish by locking up and closing the store. Confer with
customers by telephone or in person to provide information about
products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain
details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or
transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,
as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were
made to resolve customers\' problems. Contact customers to respond to
inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any
planned adjustments. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: For
this particular role, we\'re on the lookout for someone who has a high
school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service
under their belt, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a
great attention to detail. Bonus points if you are currently pursuing a
