We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist or Marketing Intern to join our growing team and work directly with our Marketing Lead to grow TestSprite’s brand across Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord.

Paid internship or full-time role, depending on experience

💼 What You’ll Do

Manage and grow TestSprite’s social presence (Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Create short-form content — videos, visuals, and posts that connect with the developer community
Support influencer and community outreach, hackathons, and content partnerships
Research and track growth opportunities in AI, dev tools, and PLG spaces
Collaborate with lead and founders on campaign ideas, product launches, and storytelling
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Passion for startups, developer tools, or AI innovation
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube)
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative thinker who can turn technical topics into engaging, relatable content
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

🌟 Bonus Points

Technical or coding background (even basic familiarity is a big plus)
Prior experience managing or growing a social account, personal or professional (30k+ followers)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or SaaS marketing
