Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to our revenue growth strategy, responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships primarily through phone, email, and CRM platforms. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales within assigned territories. Using CRM tools, the Inside Sales Representative will track and manage all sales activities to ensure a streamlined and effective sales process.
This role requires close collaboration with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Service Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. Success in this position is measured by the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receives inbound and/or makes outbound telephone calls to sell pest control services.
- Promotes the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers.
- Implements effective sales techniques to convert sales opportunities with a high rate of efficiency. Converts leads at a minimum of 35%.
- Upholds the high standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with customers.
- Acquires and maintains knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of inside sales or a related sales role experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and sales tools.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting outside sales teams or managing sales territories.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and customer retention strategies.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Knowledge of the home services industry or markets relevant to assigned territories.
- Additional training or certifications in sales methodologies or CRM platforms.
