Position Overview
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and the lead advisor to deliver exceptional service and ongoing financial guidance. You’ll prepare financial plans, manage follow-up items, support investment recommendations, and handle day-to-day client needs. You’ll also contribute to practice operations, client communication, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients and support their ongoing planning needs
- Prepare meeting materials, gather data, and manage follow-up action items
- Assist with case analysis and create financial planning deliverables
- Help implement investment recommendations and process transactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Support client communication, marketing initiatives, and engagement events
- Respond to client emails, calls, and service requests with efficiency and care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Ameriprise standards
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Industry licenses: Series 7, Series 66, and insurance
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Professional presence and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Background check required
