Looking to launch or accelerate your sales career? At Clarify Capital, you’ll work directly with business owners nationwide, guiding them through financing solutions that fuel their growth. We provide warm, inbound leads and cutting-edge sales tools — your job is to close deals, build lasting relationships, and grow your own book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary contact for business owners that have been serviced through Clarify
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and client retention
- Conduct regular outreach (calls, emails, sms, postcards, etc) to ensure client satisfaction and identify renewal opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts to ensure consistent engagement and maximize lifetime value
- Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless renewal process
Earning Potential
- Uncapped commission with base salary support ($50k)
- First-year OTE: $80k–$120k (proven track record for new reps)
- Top performers consistently earn $150k+ with no ceiling
