We're currently seeking a luxury brand professional for our Madison Ave Boutique. Within this store we showcase many elite timepieces, some of which are exclusive to this boutique. An ideal candidate brings familiarity with area clientele, and the broader luxury watch market as a whole.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong customer base while creating an atmosphere that promotes Grand Seiko’s heritage and core business beliefs
- Maintain client relationships and cater to their specific needs and preferences
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall sales objectives of the boutique
- Deliver a consistent luxury experience from the moment a client walks into the boutique
- Maintain knowledge of Grand Seiko Watches and competing products in the greater luxury watch market
- Maintain boutique aesthetics and impeccable product presentation
- Identify sales leads and perform targeted promotions to individuals' needs
- Keep inventory and all aspects of boutique operations organized
- Assist in daily opening and closing of the boutique in compliance with company security policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in watch sales
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to empathize and overall customer service mindset
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market
- Strong intuition for delivering a luxury experience
- Strong computer skills
