Role Description
This part-time contract role, with potential for full-time, is based in Naples, FL. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and strategizing engaging content for various social media platforms. We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.
In this role, you will:
- Design aesthetic graphics and carousels for business social accounts
- Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts
- Help craft content tailored to each client’s target demographic
- Work closely with the founder in a flexible, startup-style environment
- Bring innovative ideas, trends, and storytelling into the content process
This role is open to students or any creatives who have strong skills and a passion for social media.
Note from Founder: This is a hybrid role, but very flexible in when/ where you would like to work during remote time. As long as the work is getting done and we are meeting 1x weekly in-person, I am very flexible in the time/location you work!
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
- Advanced Canva knowledge or proficiency in similar design tools
- Experience editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Understanding of current social trends and best practices
- Ability to ideate and contribute in creative meetings
- Portfolio of previous work or willingness to create sample content
- Personal social media experience is a plus (helps understand audience engagement)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Students are welcome — talent and creativity matter most.
