The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and relentless Affiliate Manager to build and scale our affiliate program from the ground up. This role is about creating partnerships that drive measurable revenue, not pushing links.
You’ll identify, recruit, and manage affiliates and influencers whose audiences align with our core verticals (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping, etc.), and help them generate serious income by introducing their network to Oodles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and scale a national affiliate program for Oodles Marketing.
- Recruit high-value affiliates, influencers, and referral partners with strong home-service or small-business audiences.
- Build compensation models, tracking systems, and promotional resources that make it easy for partners to win
- Maintain consistent communication, motivation, and performance tracking for affiliate partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns and messaging.
- Analyze metrics to optimize conversions, partner performance, and ROI.
- Stay on top of FTC and TCPA compliance for affiliate promotions.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing (preferably in lead gen, SaaS, or performance-based marketing).
- Proven history of driving partner revenue growth and retention.
- Understanding of performance metrics, funnel tracking, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter mindset — you own your results.
