Your RoleAs a
Remote Growth & Sales Specialist, you will:
- Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
- Help clients find mortgage protection coverage that fits their needs and budget
- Follow our proven virtual sales system - no guesswork involved
- Join daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM-12 PM EST) to sharpen your skills
- Set, track, and achieve personal income goals
- Stay coachable, communicative, and committed to growth
What You Bring - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback
- A current Life Insurance License (or readiness to complete a brief online course)
- A reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection
