To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial, talented and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Beauty Brands. As the Sales Coordinator for Climax Beauty, you will work closely with the Sales Director to help develop the brands in North America and facilitate day-to-day tasks with our B2B retailers. You will work with the Sales Director on the business plan for each partner, launches in new retailers and copy optimization. You will also be responsible for account management including brand activations and new launch set-ups with our partnering retailers.

About us: Climax Beauty’s founder, Benoit Harpin has over a decade of experience scaling beauty companies in the US. In 2022, he branched out to pursue his own vision to create Climax Beauty, a wholesale accelerator. Climax Beauty has partnered with multiple beauty brands, supporting their wholesale businesses and is a consulting partner to those seeking guidance in specific channels of retail. Reports to: Sales Director
Your missions will include:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (65%):
-Communicate effectively with management and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships
-Assist in tracking joint sales and marketing initiatives and ensure they flow according to schedule
-Monitor retailer websites to ensure all assets and copy are up to date and all products in stock
-Drive sales and relationships for marketplace pages such as Amazon and Macy’s.com
-Take the lead on organizing necessary resources to create sales presentations per retailer
-Process purchase orders via Shopify B2B and other POS systems.
-Collaborate with brands’ ops teams, warehouses and 3rd party agencies to monitor open orders and ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled
Main accounts include QVC, Credo Beauty, Bloomingdales, Amazon and FabFitFun.
MANAGE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (35%)
-Maintain client database by inputting retail partner info
-Complete product set-up forms and NPD launch forms as needed
-Update SKU chart to keep up to date
-Occasionally handle invoicing for certain clients.
-Pack, ship, and track samples for retailers, influencers, events, etc.
-Assist in preparation for Tradeshows and participate as a brand representative at events.
-Assist team with portal responsibilities and prioritize deadlines
-Help with various ad-hoc projects as needed

SKILLS
-Prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts is highly desirable
-Strong ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines
-Structured mind with a high multi-tasking ability
-Creative and problem solver with top class trouble shooting skills
-Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a small and fast-paced team
-High level of IT literacy, (especially Excel and Outlook)
-Interpersonal skills
