Outdoor Living Pool and Patio is a residential and commercial construction company that does work all over the DFW area. We are currently looking for a Sales Designer to add to our residential sales team.
Responsibilities for this job would be to run leads, stay organized, design and price out projects, communicate effectively, and close sales. Leads are provided.
Pool studio knowledge, pool construction history, product knowledge are all needed. We are looking for someone to be able to hit the ground running.
Must have above average communication skills, the ability to pick up design programming (if you don't already have experience), to stay organized with different computer tools and software, communicate to customers and other staff well, learn quickly, and be presentable. Must also have a reliable vehicle to use.
Job Type: Full-time, flexible schedule
Salary: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year; Commission Plan plus bonuses
Paid training period until commission plan kicks in. NO COMMISSION CAP
Monthly competitions and bonuses available year round.
