Business Manager : We are in growth mode and looking for a Finance representative to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. This is a job for a aggressive goal orientated sales person. Unlike the automotive arena our work weeks are generally 40 hours a week with a day off during the week and limited hours on Saturdays. No more late nights at the dealership. We have inventory and plenty of opportunities to make significant income above the six figure range. Those without relevant business management experience will not interviewed.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient and 100% compliant in the menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
- Ensure that every eligible deal is Contracted
- Work deals with our large stable of lenders to ensure all levels of credit are placed with the best source of financing for our customers, while maintaining profit for yourself and the dealership
- Track portfolio with lenders
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealerships best interests as a whole.
- Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI)
- Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling method
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Dealer Management Systems, Dealer Track, App One, and Credit bureaus.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior Truck, Trailer, RV and or Automotive experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check.
