Title: Business Analyst

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing detailed analysis on business workflows, operations, and data.
- Gathering users' requirements and providing application wireframes and mock-ups.
- Project planning and monitoring.
- Writing user guides and design documents.
- Providing coordination among vendors, users, and IT staff.
- Creating operational and statistical reports.
- Conducting in-depth case studies.
- Developing test plans and performing quality assurance testing.
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Strong background in business application development.
- Highly organized, analytical, and independent self-starter.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience performing detailed business analysis and workflow documentation.
- Experience in coordinating between vendors, users, and IT staff.
- Experience developing test plans and performing QA testing.
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Documentation Tools: Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Project Tools: MS Project or equivalent.
- Azure DevOps.
- Lucid Chart.
- ServiceNow Storyboard.
