About You
You are passionate about helping clients successfully plan and execute a set of initiatives to achieve key milestones spanning program design, workshops, and maturity assessments to capability planning, execution and change management consulting. As a Consultant you thrive on being an integral member of a team, delivering high quality advisory services to our top tier pharmaceutical clients.
The Role
As a Consultant at DT your primary focus will be on delivering projects that intelligently combine our people, our thinking, and our unique approach to advisory services. You will work with leading companies in the life sciences sector, and help these companies conceptualize, enable, and thrive on their transformational efforts.
Specifically, you will contribute to consulting projects and solutions to the highest levels of client satisfaction by:
- Using innovative consulting methodologies to collect data and insights from a range of sources and turn these into practical recommendations and solutions for clients through creative storytelling.
- Participating in large scale and/or senior client workshops, including the preparation of underlying materials, the design and management of the sessions.
- Being an integral member of multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to manage their expectations and contribute to successful project work.
- Contributing to project KPIs, including revenue tracking and overall project health metrics.
Outside of project work you will:
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as our Global Digital Landscape Benchmark report and our Customer Experience Quotient (CXQ) research.
- Support business development – from helping define opportunities and projects, to contributing to the development of business proposals with the guidance from DT leadership.
Your Experience
- At least three years’ experience delivering digital transformation or customer experience (CX) initiatives as part of a larger team, this would include the following:
- Omnichannel / digital excellence. Working with clients to identify gaps and solutions to move towards a ‘north star’ state.
- Enterprise content and channel strategies.
- Design and implementation of programs which improve core omnichannel engagement capabilities e.g. content, channel, data, and analytics.
- Design and implementation of CX transformation programs e.g. CX vision, CX insight and CX Measurement
- Established working knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools.
- Experience with the facilitation of workshops and presentations to clients.
- Mentorship of team members, onsite and offshore.
- Solid understanding of organizational change management as a key component of clients’ transformation cycles.
- Track record in assisting in the delivery of client projects or workstreams in large-scale Digital/CX projects
- Strong interest and curiosity in anything related to customer experience management and experience design.
- Firm understanding of the life science industry, having worked with global stakeholders’ client-side.

This role does not involve prolonged periods working at a single client site. Domestic and International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
