What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our brand and client campaigns by helping create positive, engaging in-person experiences. Your day will include:
- Representing brands confidently and professionally
- Being the friendly face that answers questions and shares campaign messages
- Supporting marketing activities across local field locations
- Helping gather feedback and insights from the public
- Learning how to communicate a brand’s value in real time
- Working with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality interactions
- Helping track engagement results and campaign activity
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll build confidence, communication skills, and marketing insight quickly.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Able to work full-time and in person
- Interest in marketing, branding, or public-facing work
Preferred (Not Required)
- 6+ months in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing experience
- Experience working with goals or performance targets
Compensation
Estimated US$42,000–US$55,000 per year including base pay and performance bonuses.
