Overview
A Midland-based arts and education organization is seeking a full-time, 30-40 hours per week, talented and creative Public Relations, social media, and Marketing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content in addition to creating digital, print, and radio advertisements. In addition, this position will assist with educational programming. Position will be required to work on site. Position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Experience with designing and placing print, digital and other ads.
- Adobe Illustrator/Creative Suite or other graphic design software skills for creating visually appealing content.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with budgeting and advertising contracts.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate and error-free content.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
- Experience in social media, marketing or public relations and being able to create press releases, advertisements and other media content.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows based programs.
3-5 Years of Work Experience
Schedule: 6–8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, occasional evenings and weekends that are scheduled in advance.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
