Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day sales coordination tasks, provide excellent customer service, and maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities also include supporting sales operations, managing accounts, tracking orders, and collaborating with other team members to meet sales goals. This role is vital in ensuring smooth sales activities and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support seamless processes and achievement of targets
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for fostering positive relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales, including account management and order tracking
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Virginia Beach
