✨ What You’ll Do
- Bridge business & tech: Translate stakeholder needs into clear system requirements.
- Analyze data: Uncover trends and deliver actionable insights to improve products.
- Streamline operations: Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance: Conduct risk assessments and maintain financial integrity.
- Deliver results: Build reports, dashboards, and models that drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with developers, QA, and product teams.
🔧 What You Bring
- 3+ years in the Retirement Record Keeper space or working with vendors (FIS Relius/Omni, Ascensus, SS&C, etc.) is a MUST.
- Experience with system or solution integrations
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s/CBAP/CFA a plus)
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
