About the Role:
This is a career opportunity for motivated engineers who have recently graduated. The organization offers an engaging hand on atmosphere where candidates are able to both develop and grow their skillset's.
Responsibilities:
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing procedures, work process, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Assures product and process quality by conducting process capabilities studies, establishing standards, and confirming or modifying manufacturing processes
- Improves the design, development, construction and operation of industrial processes for the production of a diverse range of products
- Completes design and development projects for new products, processes and equipment. Executes validation protocols for manufacturing and packaging equipment - IQ’s, OQ’s, PQ’s and other validation life cycle documents
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
- Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related company objectives results as needed.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years previous experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 year Engineering degree in one of the following: Biomedical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical.
Required Skills
- Collaborative, Team-player, Can-do personality
- Statistical analysis understanding
- Ability to work independently or as part of an Engineering team is a must
- Ability to learn and work with multiple software packages
- Understanding of medical device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Cosmetic industry a plus
- Process validation experience is a plus
- Experience with wet chemistry and measurement equipment is a plus
- Experience with processing equipment relating to manufacturing is a plus
