Role Description
Rome Pays Off is seeking a full-time onsite Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with buyers, assisting with order fulfillment, and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. The individual will report to the Sales Manager. The right person must proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities in addition to helping maintain current sales relationships. Your role will include helping make sales presentations, going over needed sales materials and helping to maintain samples in the office. This role is located in our studio/showroom in Chelsea and offers an opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team of creatives and a growing company.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in fashion or wholesale sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) a plus.
• Experience working with retail buyers and managing professional software (Le New Black, Zedonk and similar)
• Familiarity with online retailer platforms such as Shopify and Amzaon
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Must be comfortable interacting with both operations and design team
• Passionate about fashion and art

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
