This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role with direct ownership of the company’s growth roadmap. As Manager of Corporate Strategy and Ops, you’ll drive high-level decisions on where to invest, what initiatives to prioritize, and how they shape the future of the business — while also seeing your ideas through to execution. If you’re coming from consulting and looking to move from advising into building, this role offers the chance to apply your analytical rigor and structured problem-solving in an operating environment with tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the growth roadmap: determine priorities, sequence initiatives, and align resources to maximize business impact
- Translate insights into strategy: build business cases, lead ideation, and frame the commercial rationale for new launches and growth bets
- Partner with subject matter experts in wellness, R&D, and operations to explore and deliver innovative concepts
- Shape portfolio performance: use data and customer insights to optimize, refine, and scale initiatives
- Lead cross-functional execution, collaborating across Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver strategic priorities to market
- Build resilience into the roadmap: anticipate risks, pressure-test assumptions, and implement mitigation strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years in top-tier consulting (MBB)
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to structure, frame, and solve ambiguous challenges
- Experience building business cases and leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Curiosity and drive to learn quickly; wellness, consumer, or supplements experience is a plus but not required
- Hands-on, collaborative, and thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
