We are currently hiring a Sales Support Associate who will support the Director of Sales and several Account Executives.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
· Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales department.
· Order support; verification for accuracy, order status, shipping, and inventory availability details.
· Generate reports including inventory, open-to-sell, bookings, and weekly sales.
· Compile forms for market week; CAD and order form copies.
· Maintain market schedule.
· Sample management; order from vendors, check in and distribution to ecommerce department/accounts.
· Review ecommerce shot sheets to ensure all styles are set to be captured by ecommerce department for digital needs.
· Distribute product details to accounts for owned web business; upload data in customer portals/email.
· Organize/maintain sample closet.
· Showroom set up and maintenance.
· Assist with market/trade show preparation; pack samples, copy line sheets, compilation and mailing of look books.
· Handle customer service inquiries: customer letters, phone, and or email.
· Photograph sample lines to create look books, editing in Photoshop.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· 1-2 years’ sales experience is a plus.
· Strong communication skills.
· Proactive, positive, and collaborative team member with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
· Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and follow through skills.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications.
· Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
