Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, NY for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to enhance the hotel's food and beverage revenue. The daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, planning promotional activities, and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent guest experiences. The role also requires monitoring market trends, identifying customer needs, and leading sales efforts with precision.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, particularly in Food & Beverage or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, networking, and identifying customer needs to create tailored experiences.
- Effective leadership and team collaboration abilities to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Experience in event planning and promotional strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market trend analysis and strategy adaptation to drive revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
