ROLE: The Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing & Creative in executing day-to-day marketing activities across a variety of channels, such as digital, print, and virtual and in-person events. This role focuses on CRM management (HubSpot), email marketing, content scheduling, social media (LinkedIn), webinars, presentations, light design work, and event/tradeshow coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall include, but not limited to:
- CRM & Email Marketing – Manage and maintain CRM platform (HubSpot); assist with building and deploying email campaigns, workflows, and segmented lists.
- Content Calendar & Social Media – Plan and schedule LinkedIn posts; coordinate content calendars to ensure timely, consistent messaging.
- Webinars & Virtual Events – Schedule, promote, and support Zoom webinars; manage attendee lists, reminders, follow-ups and reports.
- Presentations – Assist with updating PowerPoint decks for internal and external use.
- Design Support – Provide light design work (flyers, invitations, digital graphics) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Event/Tradeshow Coordination – Support planning, logistics, and execution for events, including printing materials, coordinating swag shipments, and ensuring marketing collateral is event-ready.
- Marketing Compliance – Work with compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
- General Support – Assist with other marketing projects as needed, including press releases, internal / external communications, and brand and marketing initiatives etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of two years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, real estate, or alternative investments.
- Experience managing and executing email campaigns in a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom), LinkedIn posting, and content scheduling.
- Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel and light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for event support or conferences may be required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SCHEDULE:
Regular business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and adjusted as needed.
WORK LOCATION:
This position is in the office with potential for a hybrid schedule. The office is located at 117 N Jefferson Street, Suite 303, Chicago, IL. 60661.
SALARY RANGE: $57,000 - $63,000 Annually
