Role Overview
As a Brand Success Lead (US), you’ll be the strategic and operational anchor for your brand partners. You’ll manage creator-driven campaigns end-to-end — from kickoff to reporting — while ensuring alignment between creators, clients, and internal teams.
This is not a coordination role; it’s a client-facing position that blends customer success, operations, and creator strategy. You’ll own 10–20 brand accounts, act as the single source of truth for all campaign activities, and ensure every deliverable meets our performance standards.
Because our operations span U.S. and India time zones, you’ll also play a critical role in bridging communication, keeping workstreams aligned overnight, and ensuring reporting is clean, timely, and never bottlenecked by the timezone gap.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Campaign Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned U.S.-based brand clients, managing influencer, UGC, and ad-based campaigns simultaneously.
- Translate client objectives into clear creator briefs, content directions, and measurable deliverables.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution — sourcing, content feedback, approvals, and reporting.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients through Slack, email, and video calls.
- Build trust-based relationships that drive retention, upsells, and long-term client satisfaction.
2. Operational Leadership & SOP Management- Be the internal expert for each brand’s processes, tone, and standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed SOP documentation for campaign workflows (shipping, reimbursements, content review, approvals, etc.).
- Train operations and creative teams on brand expectations and process compliance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive structural improvements for scalability.
3. Creator Strategy & Communication- Identify and evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement performance, and audience fit.
- Write compelling outreach and campaign briefs that inspire creators to deliver brand-right content.
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, and deliverables.
- Serve as the communication bridge between client and creator, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the campaign.
4. Content Quality & Approvals- Review all creator content for brand fit, creative quality, and performance potential.
- Coordinate structured feedback loops between brand, creator, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot content or communication issues early to keep campaigns on schedule.
5. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Cross-Timezone Handoffs- Monitor campaign progress and creator metrics using Google Sheets and internal dashboards.
- Compile clean, on-time performance reports with insights, takeaways, and optimization recommendations.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day alignment with India-based operations — setting clear expectations, documenting next steps, and handing off work so no task stalls due to timezone differences.
- Act as the communication and reporting bridge between U.S. clients and India teams, ensuring the machine runs smooth, predictable, and accountable across both sides.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Creative, Sourcing, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless alignment across campaign goals.
- Contribute feedback on creator quality, content trends, and platform performance.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new CSMs, interns, and operations staff.
Qualifications- Must have 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing - in particular, Creator Content, UGC,influencer marketing
- Prior experience managing U.S.-based clients or working across time zones is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and UGC-style content.
