The Kelli Chabot Team, a high-performing real estate team serving the Greater Kansas City area, is seeking a creative, tech-forward Social Media & Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, support our listings, and engage our community.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands branding, and is excited to grow alongside a team that embraces AI-powered marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage and publish social media content across all major platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
Create on-brand graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos
Plan and execute social media calendars and themed content series
Attend a limited number of in-person appointments for:
New listing content (reels, property highlights, agent videos)
Client events and VIP gatherings (photos, video clips, stories)
Develop content aligned with the team’s branding, messaging, and personality
Assist with email newsletters, event marketing, and community promotions
Collaborate on marketing strategies, ad ideas, and lead-generation campaigns
Utilize and learn AI tools to improve speed, quality, and engagement
Monitor trends, analytics, and platform updates to keep content fresh
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in every task
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal portfolio
Strong understanding of:
Social platforms and trends
Short-form video creation
Reels/TikTok editing
Branding and visual consistency
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills
Ability to take direction well, follow established brand guidelines, and collaborate
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and reliable working from home
Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus, but not required
Interest in learning and adopting AI marketing tools
Must be located in Kansas City or nearby for occasional on-site content creation
