About the company
BVA delivers cross-functional commercialization and business development support that creates value for developing biotech partners. BVA is addressing a central challenge faced by many developing biotech companies. While biotech company founders relentlessly chase scientific breakthroughs from pre-clinical to phase 1, phase 2 and beyond, they are often stretched to tackle the many commercialization or business development questions that must be addressed to maximize value at the developing enterprise. It may be too early to hire a CCO or Head of BD, yet the development strategy, financing efforts and business development activities require expert assessment of the present and future commercial landscape.
Our team of experts is ready to help across the full spectrum of commercial and business development activity: product and indication valuation; commercial analytics and forecasting; marketing strategy & tactics; pricing & market access; sales force strategy including territory targeting, sizing and outsourcing assessment; commercial operations, including start-up, state licensing and government contracting; manufacturing, distribution and supply chain; commercial partnership, business development, M&A, financing advice and strategy; advice to boards assessing strategic options; and investor and public relations.
