About the Job
Overland Cabinetry is seeking a detail-oriented Mosaik Designer / CNC Programmer to create accurate cabinet designs, cut lists, and CNC-ready files for production. This role supports our shop floor by ensuring cabinet components are designed correctly, optimized for material efficiency, and ready for machining.
Responsibilities
- Create cabinet designs, cut lists, and machining files using Mosaik
- Prepare CNC-ready programs for cabinet boxes, HDF doors, drawers, and components
- Verify measurements, overlays, hinge specs, and part relationships
- Collaborate with production to ensure files match real-world builds
- Optimize sheet layouts for material usage and machine efficiency
- Import customer or field measurements and build accurate project files
- Maintain organized file structures and revision control
- Troubleshoot design inconsistencies and machine issues as needed
Requirements
- Professional experience with Mosaik software (required)
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing or CNC programming
- Understanding of cabinet construction, frameless systems, and hardware specs
- Ability to read/interpret shop drawings and field measurements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Plus: Experience with Biesse, ShopSabre, or similar CNC machines
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- $25–$32 per hour, based on experience
- On-site role in Flowood, MS
