What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with warm leads
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication
- Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts
- Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors
- Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive successful sales outcomes
- Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth project transition
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or B2C sales is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
