We’re looking for a motivated, ethical F&I Manager who takes pride in their work and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection packages) clearly and professionally
- Structure deals efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Secure competitive financing options through our lender network
- Maximize product penetration, F&I performance, and overall profitability
- Maintain clean funding packets with complete documentation
- Deliver a customer-first experience with high CSI scores
- Collaborate with the sales team to keep the sales-to-finance process smooth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automotive finance or F&I preferred (but strong sales performers considered)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation ability
- Understanding of F&I products and back-end processes
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Ability to manage the F&I office independently and efficiently
- Motivated by performance and results
