Lucio TX is a sales and business consulting firm built for closers. We require an AT&T Associate to take control of a territory and dominate with AT&T's best-in-class suite of products. This is a fast-paced role where the AT&T Associate will leverage their communication skills to educate, engage, and activate new customers daily.
As an AT&T Associate, you’re the one guiding customers through AT&T’s world of mobile plans and devices. We’ll give you the training and support you need, and from there, you take the controls—leading the way toward standout activations and a career that keeps climbing.
What You Bring to the AT&T Associate Role:
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and decision-support skills, with the ability to guide customers through plan selection and product upgrades confidently.
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Associate:
- Promote AT&T’s wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions through structured territory outreach, focusing on mobile plans, device upgrades, and high-speed connectivity to drive sales.
- Each AT&T Associate is expected to drive sales, generate new accounts, and help increase market share.
- Assist customers with selecting plans and activating services, contributing to consistent sales performance.
- Log customer interactions, service milestones, and feedback to support campaign tracking, identify upsell opportunities, and improve reporting accuracy for stronger sales outcomes.
- Recommend bundled upgrades, device enhancements, and wireless add-ons based on customer usage patterns, coverage needs, and current AT&T promotions to support sales growth.
- Share insights and trends to refine outreach strategies, improve customer experience, and support AT&T’s sales growth across markets.
