What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field and building strong customer relationships. As a Project Manager, you will:
- Generate leads through canvassing and door-to-door outreach
- Build, manage, and follow up with your customer pipeline
- Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection through completion
- Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
- Provide exceptional communication and customer support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality service
- Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional weekends
