Role Details
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take the reins of our marketing operations. This is not just an execution role; you will be the architectural voice of our brand, responsible for crafting high-level strategies while staying hands-on with daily operations.
As a core member of a lean startup team, you will wear multiple hats: strategist and creator. We are looking for a "builder" with the hunger to learn; if you thrive in ambiguity and love the challenge of scaling a brand from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and community growth.
- Content Ecosystem: Oversee the content calendar and production pipeline, ensuring our storytelling mission aligns with engagement metrics and brand visibility.
- Data-Driven Growth: Obsessively monitor web and social analytics. Translate raw data into actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly—a necessity in our lean environment.
- Startup Agility: Collaborate directly with the founders to align marketing efforts with product updates and business goals. Be ready to jump in on tasks outside your traditional scope when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: We value enthusiasm, creativity, and impact over the number of years on a resume. Whether you are self-taught or professionally trained, show us your burning passion for Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Growth Marketing.
- Culinary Storyteller: You have a genuine obsession with food and the skills to capture it. From shooting mouth-watering visuals to editing engaging reels, you know how to translate a culinary experience into digital content that stops the scroll.
- Startup DNA: You are comfortable working with limited resources and tight deadlines. You possess a "scrappy" mindset and are eager to solve problems the moment you spot them.
- Technical Skills: A strong working knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- US-Based: Must be located in the United States with a strong understanding of US consumer culture and trends.
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Experience scaling a consumer app or B2C platform.
- Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
- Previous experience working in a fully remote role or an early-stage startup.
