We are looking for a high energy, highly organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and help elevate our marketing, events, and day to day operations.
Position OverviewThe Marketing Assistant will support the team with marketing initiatives, client pitches, meetings, and special events. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally upbeat, resourceful, and loves bringing fresh ideas to the table. A can do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and organizing client presentations, listing pitches, and marketing materials
- Support scheduling and coordinating team meetings, showings, and events
- Help plan and execute company events, open houses, and promotional activities
- Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project trackers
- Contribute creative ideas for social media, branding, and community engagement
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, designers, and partners as needed
- Ensure all marketing content is organized, up to date, and accessible to the team
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and agents
What We’re Looking For- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Naturally peppy, positive, and enthusiastic — someone who lifts the energy in the room
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to life
- Reliable team player with a can do attitude
- Able to commute to Manhattan 5 days a week
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, or other marketing tools is a plus
- Experience in marketing, events, or real estate is helpful but not required
Compensation
$65,000 to $75,000 DOE
