Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid / NY Office on 45 West 45th Street
Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager

Salary: $65k - $70k
POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Marketing team, supporting the end-to-end execution of brand programs and helping bring strategic initiatives to life. This role partners closely with Brand Managers on the development of brand strategies and programs that drive both brand health and financial performance. A key contributor to our fast-growing portfolio – and upcoming new brand launches – the Marketing Coordinator helps deliver core objectives while gaining hands-on experience across all facets of brand building.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support 360° Development & Execution of Integrated Activity Plans:
- Contribute to the NPD and fragrance development process to help bring new concepts to life
- Assist in maintaining the seasonal marketing calendar and ensuring alignment across initiatives
- Support the creation of 360° product launch strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on sampling, mailers, events, giveaways, and visual POS
- Manage timelines and deliverables for new launches and promotional programs from concept through on-shelf execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely back-end product setup
- Create and distribute marketing program documents for new development
- Communicate availability of marketing tools (e.g. advertising visuals, guidelines etc) in Canto
- Provide PR Support, including email blasts, mailers, and event brainstorming
- Manage translations and artwork requests from review through approval and final sign-off
2. Lead Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Maintain current view of market – key brand players, emerging olfactive trends, new ingredients, and packaging innovation to guide strategy and identify potential new opportunities
- Assist in gathering competitive data for analysis projects such as pricing and packaging for new launches
- Work with International Sales team to identify key global competitors in relevant markets
3. Support Day-to-Day Marketing Operations:
- Assist in developing marketing presentations and supporting materials for sales teams
- Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, agenda creations, and cross-functional meeting recaps
- Support ad hoc analyses and requests from cross functional departments as needed
- Submit Creative Request Forms (CRFs) to Creative team
- Manage FOC Orders from the warehouse for photoshoots and various PR needs
- Oversee innovation Comp requests for photoshoots and sales presentations
- Act as primary support for the Education team, providing assistance with assets and product orders
- Ensure the Canto image asset database is organized, updated, and easily accessible for Marketing
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility
- Passion for Beauty; previous beauty company experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Positive, proactive, self-starter with strong motivation, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, communication, and teamwork
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to draw insights and inform decision-making
- Creative problem-solver who can manage tight deadlines, navigate pressure, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work
- Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Receptive to guidance and feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow
