As a Sales & CSR Trainee, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our charitable organization within the community. Your focus will be on building relationships, raising awareness for our cause, and inspiring community participation through strategic engagement initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of our mission, connecting with people where they are and turning compassion into action.
What Will I Be Doing as a Sales & CSR Trainee?
- Develop and implement outreach strategies that increase public awareness and donor engagement for our partner charity’s mission.
- Coordinate and support local events, educational sessions, and community activations designed to promote charitable impact and donor participation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, community advocates, and campaign stakeholders to expand outreach and credibility.
- Collect and evaluate feedback from community interactions to refine messaging, improve outreach effectiveness, and support campaign goals.
- Produce and distribute clear, accessible materials that communicate the charity’s mission, programs, and impact across diverse audiences.
- Accurately document outreach efforts, donor interactions, and community engagement metrics using mobile tools and CRM platforms.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Sales & CSR Trainee?
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, nonprofit management, or public affairs is a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience in outreach, fundraising, or community engagement; structured internships also considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, compelling messaging about charitable missions and impact.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in tracking outreach activity, donor interactions, and engagement metrics.
- Genuine passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to helping partner charities expand their reach and resources.

Pay: $44,757.37 - $53,901.35 per year
