As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator. Your main responsibilities include producing promotional materials, maintaining checklists for day-to-day activities, occasional photography/videography, and coordinating with team members to complete various tasks relating to the real estate field. Ideal candidate will be well spoken, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a high stress environment. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 25lbs.Degree in Marketing or relevant field required. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Track progress with Marketing Director
- Input Listings into multiple listing services
- Maintaining checklists for day-to-day activities
- Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
