About the Role
We are a growing multi-location dental group focused on advanced treatments such as dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a Marketing & Treatment Coordinator who can bridge marketing strategy, performance analysis, and patient conversion.
This is a key leadership-support role that works directly with management and external marketing vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Oversight
- Coordinate and communicate with all external marketing vendors (SEO, PPC, social media, website, video, branding, etc.)
- Track, organize, and analyze marketing performance (leads, calls, conversions, ROI)
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly marketing performance summaries
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
On-Camera & Brand Representation
- Appear in online ads, social media content, and video marketing as needed\
- Participate in short educational videos, vlogs, and promotional content
- Represent the practice professionally, confidently, and authentically on camera
Treatment Coordination (High-Ticket Cases)
- Present treatment plans for high-value procedures (implants, full-arch, cosmetic cases)
- Discuss financing options and guide patients through decision-making
- Answer patient questions with confidence and empathy
- Work closely with doctors to improve case acceptance rates
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing in preferred.
- A successful social media presence is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable being on camera (non-negotiable)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales or case-acceptance experience is a major plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
