Job Summary
Our growing medical management company is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented finance business office manager to Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations at one of our service locations. This position works closely with the leadership team to establish and ensure efficient, financially-sound, and culturally engaging daily operations, with timely and accurate billing processes which are compliant with corporate and state guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in corporate, governmental, and non-profit accounting practices. As a key contributor within our team, you will support financial initiatives lead to sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact and provide reports to corporate accounting and operations teams
- Manage accounts payable
- Manage and verify benefits setup, transfers, and payments to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Process payroll and file other required financial documents
- Maintain accurate financial records, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
- Assist with hiring paperwork, employee relations and HR recordkeeping
- Communicate regularly with corporate accounting and operations teams
- Participate in budgeting processes, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Supervise general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits to maintain transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business office, accounting, or administrative management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (pivot tables a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including cost accounting, revenue management, profit & loss analysis, and budget development.
- Proficiency with financial software systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay: $23.31 - $28.07 per hour
