We’re bootstrapping an AI-native CRM platform from scratch—no legacy crutches, no third-party plugins. The founder’s the real end-user: twenty years in high-stakes client work, knows exactly what good feels like. You’ll sit three days a week in a Miami office (two remote), turning vague pain points into code that ships.
Core stack:
Schema-agnostic data layer, microservices (Node/Python), vector DBs, real-time ingestion, fine-tuned LLMs, Nebius/GPU pipelines.
Claude Code isn’t optional—everyone codes with it. If you still romanticize manual commits, this is not a fit. We want velocity, consistency, and zero sacred cows. Open to Codex.
What you own
- End-to-end architecture: front-end React, back-end APIs, cloud-native infra (Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Build + lead 1–3 offshore devs to start —your squad, your tempo.
- Ship MVP in ~9–12 months: live data matching, smart alerts, zero-friction analytics.
- Fine-tune models on proprietary signals—no generic LLMs.
- Keep everything secure, scalable, swappable.
You need:
- 5–8 years shipping SaaS; ML or AI-heavy apps a must.
- Daily hands-on with Claude Code or Codex (show us commits).
- Comfort with remote teams—time zones, Slack, Jira.
- Willing to hybrid in Miami—three office days, two from home.
