IronHead Apparel & Design Coordinator
Paid Internship (with Full-Time Potential)
$20/hour
IronHead is launching and expanding its branded apparel and merchandise program, and we’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly organized Apparel & Design Coordinator to help build it from the ground up.
This paid internship is ideal for someone interested in apparel design, branding, merchandising, and e-commerce. You’ll play a key role in designing products, sourcing vendors, managing inventory, and launching IronHead’s company store. As the program grows, this role has a clear path to transition into a full-time position.

- Develop product lines including:
- T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets
- Hats, beanies, and workout apparel
- Branded accessories such as Hydro Flask bags
- Work directly with vendors and manufacturers to produce branded items
- Source cost-effective materials and suppliers, including international sourcing (e.g., Alibaba)
- Negotiate pricing, place bulk orders, and manage production timelines
- Build and maintain an organized inventory tracking system
- Set up and manage a Shopify store for internal team and external merchandise sales
- Stock, organize, and maintain the in-house company store (racks, size runs, displays)
- Manage ongoing restocking, vendor relationships, and product lifecycle
- Support the long-term scaling of IronHead’s apparel and branding program
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in apparel, design, branding, merchandising, or e-commerce
- Comfortable working hands-on with vendors, products, and inventory
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar) or experience coordinating designers
- Willingness to learn sourcing, pricing, and production processes
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects
Why IronHead
- Paid internship starting at $20/hour
- Real ownership—this is not a “fetch coffee” internship
- Opportunity to build a program from the ground up

- Work with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company that values initiative and creativity
