We are a growing multi-location, multi-brand automotive dealership group looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. If you are customer-focused, detail-driven, and strong at presenting finance and after-sale protection products ethically and compliantly, we want to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
As a Finance Manager, you will support customers through the finance process and present after-sale protection options that add value and improve the ownership experience.
- Present and secure financing options for new and used vehicle customers
- Convert cash buyers to finance opportunities when appropriate
- Present and sell after-sale protection products (example: service contracts, vehicle protection, maintenance plans, and other dealership after-sale products)
- Clearly explain product coverage, terms, and pricing in a transparent and customer-friendly way
- Submit credit applications, structure deals, and obtain approvals through a variety of lending partners
- Accurately complete and submit all required documents for finance and lease transactions
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle finance and documentation
- Review contracts for accuracy including title, lien, taxes, fees, and required forms before sending to accounting
- Provide real-time finance program updates to sales leadership and the sales team
- Train and support sales staff on the benefits of financing and after-sale products
- Partner with sales managers to maximize profitability while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Track and report finance penetration, product performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and internal stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of automotive finance experience (F&I / Finance Manager experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, deal structure, and compliance best practices
- Proven ability to present after-sale products in a consultative, non-pushy way
- High attention to detail and ability to process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with customers, lenders, and dealership teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency with computers and common software tools (deal systems, Word, Excel/Sheets)
Education
- High school diploma required
- College degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
